Altadena Energy & Solar is a local, owner-operated solar and energy storage system developer based in Altadena, California. We are a licensed, bonded and insured contractor (CSLB #979146). Our team designs, engineers, installs and services solar and energy-storage systems across the greater Los Angeles area, with most projects in the Pasadena/Altadena foothill communities.

Commitment to Community
Our work is deeply community-centered. We collaborate with local utilities and mission aligned organizations to promote equitable energy policy and climate resilience. Following the Eaton Fire in early 2025, we dedicated a portion of our capacity to post-fire recovery - restoring damaged solar and battery systems, redesigning for greater grid resilience, and developing off-grid and grid-independent solutions to help families rebuild in our community.
