Standard Service Call Charges: $150** / hour

($90**/hour for systems originally designed and built by Altadena Energy & Solar)

** 2 hours minimum for services within 10 miles from 91001.

** 3 hours minimum for services within 20 miles from 91001.

** 4 hours minimum for services between 21-30 miles from 91001.

** Sorry we do NOT provide service to systems installed by other companies that is over 30 miles from 91001.

Solar Photovoltaic System Maintenance Service Package

Package A: $299 

• For system less than 4.99kw-DC and have two or less segment roof segment of solar arrays

• One detailed wash of solar modules

• Overall system health check: performance evaluation of past 12 months, shade analysis, wire connection check.

• each additional roof segment: $100

 

Package B: $399

• For system more than 4.99 kw-DC and less than 9.9kw-DC and have only two or less segments roof segment of solar arrays

• One detailed wash of solar modules

• Overall system health check: performance evaluation of past 12 months, shade analysis, wire connection check.

• each additional roof segment: $100

 

Package C: $499

• For system more than 9.9 kw-DC and less than 15 kw-DC and have only two or less segments roof segment of solar arrays

• One detailed wash of solar modules

• Overall system health check: performance evaluation of past 12 months, shade analysis, wire connection check.

• each additional roof segment: $120

 

Note:​

1. System heath check will provide service report to customer. Customer is responsible to provide system historical performance data for comparison.

2. Repair work, if needed, will be quoted separately to customer. Maintenance service package does not include repair work.

3. Additional service fees required for (a) tile roof ; (b) roof tilt over 40 degree; (c) building height over 30ft. Please email contact@altadenasolar.com for estimate.

4. Price above valid only for single-family residential project under 15 kw-DC system size. For commercial project, and system over 15 kw-DC, please contact us to custom quote. 

5. 20% service discount for Altadena Energy & Solar installation customers

6. Additional 10% discount if purchase 5 consecutive services in one transaction
